• Menu visit analytics (cookie identifiers) — legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Marketing (with separate consent) — legal basis: consent.

3. Retention period

Reservation data — up to 24 months from the last activity, then anonymised. Cookie consents — up to 12 months.

4. Rights of the data subject

You have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time, as well as to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
